Electric Tow Tug V-move 4XL

The V-move 4XL electric tug was created by a specific request from one of our customers. The customer wanted to move heavy conveyor belts through the production hall. Thanks to the heavy load of more than 20 tons and a considerable slope, standard electric tugs were not sufficient. To get the load up the slope, 2 separate drive motors of 8kw each are used. This gives the 4XL a maximum pulling force of 30,000N. The electric power steering provides very direct and light steering. The front of the trailer can be lifted with the hydraulic cylinder, so that the weight of the load puts pressure on the wheels.
